Each of the rooms at the Pinecrest Bed and Breakfast have been separately appointed with exquisite decor to create a comfortable elegant setting. All of the rooms have private en-suite baths, fine linens, a selection of pillows, lush robes, bedside chocolates, fresh flowers, hardwood floors, cable TV, ceiling fans and air conditioning, The Grace Suite is located on the first floor and is equipped with a large walk-in shower and fireplace. The Thomas Wolfe also has a fireplace. Select rooms have King, Queen and Twin beds.
Weekends (Friday through
Sunday), certain holidays and the month of October are
Full (Weekend) rate and usually require a two-night minimum.
No discounts will be applied to the special midweek (Monday
through Thursday) rates, any holidays and the month of
October.
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25.00 per
person per night charge for additional occupants in select
rooms. The rates do not include applicable taxes.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Traveler's
Checks, personal checks and cash are welcome.
A deposit of one night's accommodation is required for
1 or 2-night stays. For longer stays or for parties
booking more than one room, a 50% deposit of the entire
stay is required.
Cancellation at least 14 days in advance of scheduled
arrival is required for deposit refund. Cancellation
within 24 hours of arrival or " No shows"
are subject to total reservation charge plus taxes.
There are no refunds for early departure. A 30-day cancellation
is required for Holidays, October and Leaf Season. Cancellations
and changes must be made by telephone or in person and
are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. We cannot accommodate
pets. We can accommodate children 10 and older. No children

This property is privately owned and management reserves
the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be
responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for
loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please
call us in advance to arrange for early or late arrival.
